these are really really nice.
how do you make them ? do you design the pattern then take it to a shop or do you sik screen or another method?

Spoonflower is a print on demand service, I upload art, and whenever an order is placed, they print it using a fabric printer.

It depends on what you need, and the fabric you want. It's not too bad if you just need a small piece, or if you want a less expensive fabric. If you need several yards of very expensive quality fabric, it can be pricey - but they are printing it one by one as it is ordered, so there is a lot of manual labor involved, and individual care. Sometimes that's worth it!
